Polytetraflouroethylene (TFE) and Kynar - PVDF both are experiencing long lead times.

Teflon  product PTFE (TFE) and also Kynar  manufacturing requires a mineral called Fluorspar that's mined in Mongolia and China. The world need for this mineral has increased significantly, and the supply has tightened. PTFE materials have high temperature resistance, excellent chemical resistance and incredibly low co-efficient of friction (slippery) and is utilized within a great deal of purposes from non-stick fry griddles to ptfe tape for personal use. This mineral is a critical raw materials inside the production of fluoropolymers, fluorolubricants and lots of refrigerants. This rise in demand coupled with shortage of raw materials has caused a dramatic price increase (almost double within the last year), shortages, and we expect both these factors to keep at it in the near future.
